Made-to-order & Custom Items

All Items sold by Kawayan Indigo are made to order and customised specifically for each customer. This includes, but not limited to : 

• Custom measurements (Inseam length change)
• Custom engraving with customer's name

Because each garment is produced uniquely for the individual who ordered it, Returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Custom-made or personalised goods, and our products fall under this category.

Kawayan Indigo is a One-Person operation, and each pair is made intentionally. I ask customers to :

• Review measurements carefully before submitting.
• Ensure all customisation details are correct at checkout.

If you are unsure about sizing or measurements. I strongly encourage you to contact me before placing your order. Im always happy to help.

Defects, Errors, or Mistakes

While returns are not accepted for custom items. Your trust matters.

If your order arrives with : 

• A manufacturing defect 
• Remake the item, or
• Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate

Each case is handled fairly and personally.

Order Cancellations 

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
• Once materials are cut or work has begun, the order can not longer be cancelled or refunded.
